I have to say that sushi Ginza has been a great go to for quality sushi (dine in or out) for us for many years. During Covid we supported them and they supported us. Getting to know the staff has been great. Tonight, is an interesting development; I ordered delivery (at least I thought) Through their app) and Ling called me at 8:50 asking if I was coming to pick it up... And I said didn’t I select delivery? I thought it was being delivered. Apparently not. I said I would come get it and Ling said I will deliver it to you. How is that for customer service /restaurant loyalty?
Loved this little Japanese corner in the south. Great prices. I had lunch so I didn’t order much only sushi and sashimi, both delicious. Service was nice, not too pricey but quality is definitely delivered. Recommended
I see sushi ginza as one of my go to sushi places. It is 'fun' dining here. When you go in you are greeted by the staff and asked where you want to be seated. Sushi ginza has three options that can change your dining experience. You can opt for the traditional tables (lowered similar to japan), regular tables or the sushi belt. All of them offer a different feel after the experience all leaving a positive impression. The food itself is above average. Not the best in class but definitely enjoyable. For me, they shine on their deserts so make sure to take a peek. The servers are pleasant. The ample space to park and other shops you can visit after ties up your experience pretty nicely! Highly recommended.

Beautifully decorated restaurant and it definitely adds to the atmosphere which many other Japanese restaurants around don't have. Staff were super friendly. The food was delicious, fresh ingredients, and nicely presented as well. It was a great experience and if you are looking for a Japanese restaurant in Calgary this is definitely a place you will want to check out.
Possibly my new favourite sushi restaurant! The place itself is cozy and comfortable. The food was excellent and well priced; 120 fed four adults with no room for more. The service was a bit slow but we came without a reservation at a busy time. Will for sure be back!
We were several times here and now it's time to share my thoughts. Sushi Ginza is one of the best sushi place in entire city. We visited dozen of them and come back here it's always a pleasure. Wonderful food, astonishing service (also want to give special thanks to Monica for our last time, she is great).
